Goodfinder Privacy Policy

We believe you should know what data we collect when you are using the Goodfinder iPhone App, how we use it and also what control you have over the collection and usage of this data.

Information we collect

We do not collect any information from the app. Prior to version 1.1 we would collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics for Firebase but this has now been removed from the app.

Location services

If you allow Goodfinder to use the iPhone location services then a location will be stored with your photos. This location is only ever stored on your device. It is never sent to a server with the one exception of when converting location coordinates to a user readable address, your location will be sent to an Apple server.

Sharing

When you use the share option in Goodfinder you are only sending data to the destination service you select, be it Facebook, Twitter, email or any other third party service. Your photos and associated metadata are never transferred to our servers in any situation.
