We have teamed up with Dora Goodman cameras to produce a special version of Viewfinder Preview that is targeted at the cameras they produce. It will include new presets for their Zone cameras with various film backs and also a preset for their Zone pinhole camera.Dora Goodman is a producer of open source 3d printed cameras. The photo gallery is very good for viewing lots of images very quickly. If you want to see the details about a photo or edit the notes attached to it, the view can become quite cumbersome. Version 1.5 of Viewfinder Preview is now available in the iPhone App Store. The major change for version 1.5 is the film emulation renderer has been completely rewritten to improve its speed and efficiency. There had been reports of film emulation being slow on earlier iPhone models and the it was quite battery hungry. This was especially true of the plus size models. Version 1.4 of Viewfinder Preview is now available in the App Store. This version includes a new version of the rangefinder mode. In addition to displaying a box for the selected focal length it will include other focal lengths that are included in your focal length menu. These will be greyed out so they don’t interfere with the view too much but it does mean you get to see them without changing focal length. Version 1.3.3 of Viewfinder Preview is now available in the App Store. This update includes storing the ISO, aperture and shutter speed stop increments with each film format setup. It also fixes a couple of bugs related to the storing of various data with the film format setup.
